Privacy policy
DEMO TEXT. A fictional policy for site development. The organization’s lawyer must replace it before launch.
This is a demonstration text and not a legal document.
1. General provisions
This policy describes how the Public Association “International Group for Supporting Best Practices in Healthcare” (the Organization) collects, uses and protects the personal data of site visitors and trainees. It is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.
2. Data we collect
When you apply for training: full name, IIN, phone, email, organization name and BIN (for legal entities), copies of a diploma and an identity document, and a comment on the application. Checking a document in the registry collects no data other than technical details (IP address) used to protect against automated requests.
3. Purposes of processing
• reviewing the application and contacting the applicant; • organizing training and drawing up contracts; • issuing certificates and confirming their authenticity; • informing about upcoming training cycles (only with separate consent); • protecting the site from abuse.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent, which you confirm with the checkbox in the application form. You may withdraw consent by writing to the address below.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Only authorized staff of the Organization have access. Organizational and technical measures apply: access restriction, connection encryption (HTTPS), and storage of files outside public directories.
6. Retention
Data is kept no longer than needed for the purposes of processing and required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Disclosure to third parties
The Organization does not pass personal data to third parties except as provided by law and where needed to organize training (for example, to partner clinical sites) with your consent.
8. Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your settings (for example, the accessibility version) and interface language. Advertising and analytics cookies are not used.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing.
